Dethatching, Aeration, and Overseeding Services
Our Lawn Dethatching Service
Thatch is buildup of dead grass, leaves, roots, and other organic matter that builds on the top layer of your lawn. Some thatch is good, however when it builds up it can become a problem. Thatch prevents proper moisture and air from reaching the grass, and can weaken your lawn.
Our Dethatching service breaks through this layer, and allows your lawn to get to get much needed water and nutrients to its roots to stay healthy.

Our Lawn Aeration Service
Aeration stimulates thatched decomposition, and helps loosen hard and compact soil to give your grass some breathing room and allow for the development of a healthy root structure.
Aeration is best done in early spring or in fall as the grass will recover quickly and the ground will be softer due to moisture. It is best done once every two years, or even yearly if you have soil with a high clay content.
Our Lawn Overseeding Service
Overseeding spreads fresh grass seed over your existing lawn to thicken it and give it an even fill. It is best done directly after aeration and thatching, as the combination will add new life to your lawn.
During the summer when the heat is turned up, your lawn can become dry and patchy. Overseeding can help fill in these dry patches, thus making your existing grass thicker and more lush.
